This privacy policy confirms our commitment to meeting the requirements of the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 Cth ("the Act").

We will only collect the minimum amount of personal information deemed necessary for the primary and any secondary purposes.
We may use marketing lists and publicly available sources of information to identify and contact potential clients. Use of this information will be in accordance with the Act.

Upon verification of your identity, we will process your request and advise you how long your request will take to be fulfilled. In certain circumstances, as prescribed by the Act, we may not provide you with access to some or all of your information. We will advise you in writing if we are refusing to provide information to you and why it is being refused.

Remember to close your browser when you have finished your user session. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a public computer. You as an individual are responsible for the security of and access to your own computer. Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information over the internet than this information can be collected and used by others. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your username and passwords and any account information.
